How to make it

  • -Heat up Seasame oil
  • -stir fry ginger till fragrant
  • -put in chicken, fry it till 1/2 cook
  • -add in black fugus
  • -pour in cooking wine 1 cup ( cover it till it cooked )
  • -add in some sugar about 1 tbsp
  • -pour in 1/2 cup of cooking wine, just few sec turn off fire
  • -serve

    Hi Petunia97, thk u :) actually this dish is for people who has "wind" in stomach. It help to keep body warm and "force" out "wind" in your body.
    Black Fungus
