This recipe is perfect for a Holiday Brunch! The creamy Berries & Cream cheese with crunchy granola and tangy fresh raspberries.

Ingredients
  • 1pkg. (6.5 oz.) Alouette Berries & Cream Spreadable Cheese
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 12 tbsp. French vanilla almond granola
  • 12 tbsp. fresh raspberries, crushed
  • 4 each – fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish

Directions
  1. Fold together the Alouette Berries & Cream and yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Layer 1 tbsp. granola, 1 tbsp. cheese and yogurt mixture, and 1 tbsp. crushed raspberries in 4 parfait glasses.
  3. Repeat layers two more times.
  4. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
