Crockpot Taco Soup Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook meat and drain.
  • Shred if needed.
  • Add all ingredients to crockpot.
  • DO NOT DRAIN CANS.
  • Stir.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
  • Keep on low until serving to keep hot.
  • Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped green onions, or tortilla chips.

    This looks really good and I like your flavor combination here. I have a lot of taco seasoning in my kitchen and have used the Rotel tomatoes with chiles and it is a good and versatile product. I made some salsa with mine the last time I opened the can and served it with tamales!
