Cheeseburger Hash

This is something I came upwith one night, we had hashbrowns, cheese and hamburger in the house... . till I went shopping the next day...
Ingredients
- 8 hashbrown patties shopping list
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/4c. cooking oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4c. ketchup shopping list
- 1/4c. barbecue sauce shopping list
- 1/4c. worscestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2c. bread crumbs shopping list
- 4 slices cheese halved shopping list
- toppings of choice ( lettuce, tomato. onion etc.,) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook hashbrown patties in oil, till golden; drain on paper towel and pat off excess oil, set aside.
- in small mixing bowl mix hamburger,and the rest of ingriedients. Shape into hashbrown shape, fry until done.
- ASSEMBLE:
- Take 4 of the hashbrown patties, put 1 half cheese slice, top with hamburger, cheese and your choice of toppings, take remaining hashbrown patties and top the burger.
- Can microwave to keep it warm. when all is assembled.
- serves 2-4
