Ingredients
  • 4 fresh brook trout filleted
  • salt & pepper
  • canola oil
  • rice wine vingar
  • squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon
  • thin slices of lemon (about 4-5 per fish)
  • whole basil leaves (about 4-5 per fish). From your garden if available.

Directions
  1. season fish with salt & peper
  2. wisk canola oil, rice wine vingar, lemon
  3. drizzel inside cavity of the trout
  4. overlap the slices of lemon and basil leaves.
  5. place fish filletes skin side down on grill (8-10 minutes)
