- 4 fresh brook trout filleted shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- canola oil shopping list
- rice wine vingar shopping list
- squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon shopping list
- thin slices of lemon (about 4-5 per fish) shopping list
- whole basil leaves (about 4-5 per fish). From your garden if available. shopping list
How to make it
- season fish with salt & peper
- wisk canola oil, rice wine vingar, lemon
- drizzel inside cavity of the trout
- overlap the slices of lemon and basil leaves.
- place fish filletes skin side down on grill (8-10 minutes)
