Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Proccess all ingrdients in a food processor or blender and puree smooth
  2. Add a few drops of water if you desire a thinner dressing
  3. Use immediately
  4. makes about 1 cup
