Avocado Basil Dressing

very tasty dressing from mark Bittmans Kitchen Express
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Proccess all ingrdients in a food processor or blender and puree smooth
- Add a few drops of water if you desire a thinner dressing
- Use immediately
- makes about 1 cup
