How to make it

  • Brown kielbasa/smoked sausage in skillet. Wash and set aside.
  • Cut bacon into ¼ inch pieces and fry crisp. Drain and set aside.
  • Combine beef/Italian sausage and onion in skillet and brown, stirring to crumble. Drain.
  • Combine beef, sausage, bacon and remaining ingredients in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole.
  • Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.
  • Note: Vary meat choices and amounts to change flavors for a change in the dish.
  • Note: Can be baked in 2 quart crockpot also. Be sure to adjust the baking time.
