Rasin Sauce for Ham

great sauce for Ham
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tsp, corn starch shopping list
- 1/8 tsp, salt shopping list
- 2 Tsp. vinegar shopping list
- 1 T. butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Combined Raisins waterand simmer 5 minutes set aside
- Blend together Brown Sugsr,corn Starch add salt. Stir into Raisin mixture. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly untill clear and slightly hickened.
- Mix in vinegar and butter or margirine stir untill melts.
- Serves 5-6
