No-Bake Cheesecake

I really like to serve something special on Sunday, but I haven't felt well for awhile. Found this really easy recipe in the Minnesota Valley Centenial Cookbook.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made graham crumb crust shopping list
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (regular or reduced fat) shopping list
- 1 box instant pudding mix ( vanilla or lemon are good, any is fine) shopping list
- 2 cups cold milk shopping list
- Fresh or drained canned fruit. shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly soften cream cheese at room temperature.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- S l o w l y beat in milk until smooth.
- Add pudding mix and beat 2 minutes.
- Pour into crust and chill 1 hour.
- Serve wedges topped with fruit of your choice.
