Filet-mignon Coated With 3 Peppers And Wine Sauce

- 4 filet-mignon steaks, about 1/2 lb each shopping list
- 2 tsps white pepper, crushed shopping list
- 2 tsps black pepper, crushed shopping list
- 2 pink pepper, whole shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 shot glass of good quality red wine shopping list
- 1 cup single cream shopping list
- sea salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Season the filet-mignon with salt to taste.
- Sear both sides in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- In a pan melt butter, add olive oil and the 3 types of pepper.
- Stir for 2 minutes over low heat.
- Add wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Add single cream and after 2 minutes the sauce will thicken.
- Serve immediately over the steaks.
