How to make it

  • Season the filet-mignon with salt to taste.
  • Sear both sides in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • In a pan melt butter, add olive oil and the 3 types of pepper.
  • Stir for 2 minutes over low heat.
  • Add wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
  • Add single cream and after 2 minutes the sauce will thicken.
  • Serve immediately over the steaks.
