Ingredients

1 package of vanilla wafers, crushed with a big old rolling pin

3/4 cup of coconut

3/4 cup of powdered sugar

1/2 cup of fresh strained orange juice

Directions

Mix the finely crushed crumbs, sugar and coconut.

Add juice and mix well.

Form into one inch balls.

Roll into more powdered sugar.

Put in air tight container.

Better when over a day old.

Flavors have to mellow.

Hey! I got that badge in Florida too. I don't even remember cooking anything but white sauce (that was pink because the leader had us cooking something red before the white sauce.) Looks good!
