How to make it

  • In a large Ziploc combine garlic,rosemary,olive oil, salt and pepper Mix well adding enough salt to make the marinade taste border line salty.
  • Add the chicken to the marinade coat well.
  • Marinade over night in refrigerator.
  • Flipping over occasionally
  • Cook in a large heated large skillet.
  • Cook 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear
