Tex Mex Beef and Potatoes

Easy and yummy Velveeta beef and potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 red pepper,chopped shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1 pkg (1-1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1/2 c water shopping list
- 4 c frozen cubed Southern-style hash browns shopping list
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen corn shopping list
- 1/2 lb (8oz0 Velveeta cheese,cut in 1/2" cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Brown meat with peppers and onion in large skillet;drain . return to skillet
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Add potatoes,corn and Velveeta;mix well. Spoon into 9x13" baking dish;cover.
- Bake 20 mins;stir. Bake,uncovered,15 mins or till heated through.
