Farro Intero

- 1 pound of Farro shopping list
- 1/4 cup of olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp of red wine shopping list
- Chopped fresh herbs eg basil shopping list
- sliced cucmumbers shopping list
- sliced black olives shopping list
- slivers of red onions shopping list
- capers shopping list
- roughly chopped arugula shopping list
- minced garlic shopping list
- chopped tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Cover the farro with cold water and let sit for 30-60 minutes.
- Drain and place in pot with 2 quarts of stock or water.
- Bring to boil uncovered, turn down to simmer and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Drain and toss with 1/4 cup of olive oil and 2 Tbsp of red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the veggies, stir well and serve.
