Virginia Ham Dip

- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 lb. deli-style Virginia baked ham, finely chopped (about 5-1/2 oz.) shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion shopping list
- 2 tbsp. chopped pimiento shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ F.
- In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream. Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
- Pour into a 1-qt. rectangular baking dish. Top with pecans.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through. Serve hot.
- Serve with rye or wheat crackers, or fresh vegetables
- Makes 5 cups.
