How to make it

  • In a bowl combine together the first 7 ingredients
  • then add the egg, milk and butter and mix together to form a stiff batter
  • add the vegetables and mix all the ingredients well
  • heat a deep fat fryer to 190c/375f
  • drop a few spoonfulls of the mixture into the the oil and cook making sure they dont stick together, cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, dont make them to big, about 2" round
  • drain on kitchen paper and keep warm till all are cooked
  • serve with a cucumber raiti dip
