    I noticed you said this is an old DeHart family recipe. Being a DeHart descendant myself, I was immediately interested. Indeed with the boiled eggs it seemed to ring a bell from my distant childhood.
    It's definitely on this week's menu.

    Many of my family recipes are very old and I share them exactly as written. My Aunt Dealie didn't have frozen peas like we do today so she used canned. I don't even know what #202 cans are! I prefer and use the frozen peas too! :) Glad you posted the suggestion, they are always welcome and appreciated.
