How to make it

  • in a heated pot melt marganine or butter,1- 2 tbs.
  • season chicken with salt and pepper
  • cook until slightly brown
  • add parsley ,onion ,garlic, savoury and thyme ,salt and freshly ground pepper to your taste
  • add potatoes stir well to coat everything
  • put in enough stock to cover potatoes,3 or more cups.
  • boil then turn heat down and simmer slowly until potatoes are soft.
  • add all corn and green beans ,more chicken broth if you want.
  • heat.
