Filled Bread With Bacon Onions And Cheese

Using frozen bread dough, create this tasty filled appetizer bread
Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, sliced into very thin rings shopping list
- 200 g small diced bacon shopping list
- 2 Tbs oil shopping list
- 150 ml Cream shopping list
- 150 ml Quark or similar cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 500 g frozen bread dough thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to hot 400F
- Roll out dough and form into al oval loaf and pat or press in center to form a hollow leaving a one inch border from the ends
- Mix together the cream, cheese, salt, pepper and oil
- Spread mixture evenly on dough in depression
- Sprinkle bacon and onions over mixture and bake immediately in hot oven for 15 minutes. or browned
- Sprinkle with some fresh chopped parley if desired
