How to make it

  • shred a cold pound of cheese. Place 6 Tablespoon -sized mounds 1 inch apart on parchment lined baking sheets.
  • sprinkle each mound with 1/4 t each, of chopped pine nuts and minced sage.
  • Bake -425 degrees until cheese is golden & edges are slightly crisp. app 8-10 min.
  • remove from pan with a thin spatula and gently curl around a rolling pin. cool on a rack.
