pine nut cheese crisps

- 1 pound asiago cheese, shredded shopping list
- pine nuts chopped shopping list
- sage minced shopping list
How to make it
- shred a cold pound of cheese. Place 6 Tablespoon -sized mounds 1 inch apart on parchment lined baking sheets.
- sprinkle each mound with 1/4 t each, of chopped pine nuts and minced sage.
- Bake -425 degrees until cheese is golden & edges are slightly crisp. app 8-10 min.
- remove from pan with a thin spatula and gently curl around a rolling pin. cool on a rack.
