How to make it

  • Cut white chocolate in little pieces with a knife or in the blender.
  • Beat the heavy cream till you have a thick cream, ( take care not to beat it till whipped cream)!
  • Melt de white chocolate in a choco pan or au bain Marie.
  • Take away from heat and let cool down till lukewarm.
  • Mix de cream, shredded lemon or orange peel and haselnuts carefully with the chocolate till you have a smooth mass.
  • Fill 8 glasses or desert bowls and put minimum 2 hours in the fridge, ( you can make this the day before and keep in the fridge till use).
  • Serve with lemon or orange parts and top if you wish with a dark chocolate sauce or a little cocoa or cinnamon.
