citrus fish

I don't usually care for seafood, but I do love this. Easy clean-up, too. from Taste of Home Magazine.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs haddock or cod filets shopping list
- 1/8 t salt shopping list
- 1/8 t pepper shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/3 C minced parsley shopping list
- 2 t grated lemon peel shopping list
- 2 t grated orange peel shopping list
- 4 t canola oil shopping list
How to make it
- place 18 X 12 piece of heavy duty foil on a baking sheet
- put fish on foil
- top with ingredients, drzzle with oil
- top with second piece of foil. seal edges tightly.
- bake 450 degrees.....15-20 mn.
