CARAMELIZED ONIONS

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 4 large onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- ¼ cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 Tbs. cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, saute onions in oil over medium heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar. Cook for 19 minutes longer or until onions are golden.
- Serving size: 1 cup
