Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced shopping list
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, combine strawberries and sugar. Add cream cheese in small pieces. Process until very smooth. Add the milk; mix well. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch shallow baking pan. Place in a freezer for 2 hours or until partially frozen.
- Cut into pieces. Transfer to a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Return to the pan and freeze for 2 hours.
- Before serving, cut into pieces and process again just until creamy.
