Chicken Sandwich

- 3.5 oz. boneless, skinless chicken shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp. all - purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt shopping list
- Pinch of onion powder shopping list
- Pinch of black pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp. milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsps. dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 sesame seed sandwich roll shopping list
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce shopping list
- olive oil spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut chicken into a 6" X 3" pieces. (Save the scraps for another dish.)
- Mix flour, garlic salt and onion powder in a bowl.Add flour mixture to the chicken and make sure that it is thoroughly coats the chicken. Refrigerate for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Beat egg mixture, then dip into bread crumbs.The coating should be even and not too thick.
- Lightly grease a nonstick baking sheet with any type of cooking spray.Place chicken on it.
- Sprinkle chicken with black pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes on each side or until the breading is crisp.
- Toast the sandwich roll in a skillet for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Put the roll bottom on a plate and spread 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise on the top of the roll.Flip it onto the sandwich.
- Could do it in any way that you like.
