Ingredients

How to make it

  • Candy)
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Drop by heaping teaspoons onto waxed paper (refrigerate for an hour if you cannot roll into balls.)
  • Roll into balls and refrigerate until firm and can withstand dipping.
  • ( I usually refrigerate twice.. before rolling.. And after rolling. I’ve even covered and left over night after rolling then dipped the next day.)
  • (Coating)….
  • In a double boiler melt chocolate and paraffin to smooth & glossy.
  • Dip, making sure all sides are covered.. I use a fork.. Then let set-up.. Can put in chill chest at this point.. Even overnight.. These candies freeze very well..and are first sellers at craft shows and bake sales..
  • Remember… Warn people that there is Coconut in these!!! Enjoy…!!!!
