How to make it

  • Peel and core apples, slice thinly add with other filling ingredients mixing well set aside. With floured tea towel place pastry; brush with butter, and repeat with remainder sheets of pastry. Sprinkle ground almonds and add filling, leaving a wide border fold for sealing. Then using the floured tea towel roll the apple filled pastry and seal the ends.
