CINNAMONY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

These are my wifes famous cookies. They are a delicious peanut butter cookie with just a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 2 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven to 350F.
- Combine flour, salt, soda and cinnamon, set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add peanut butter and mix well.
- Beat in your eggs.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
