Spicy Cranberry-glazed Meatballs

- Meatballs: shopping list
- 1 1/2lbs. ground beef shopping list
- 1/2c. finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2c. dried breadcrumbs; unseasoned shopping list
- 1tbs. marjoram flakes shopping list
- 1tsp. Hungarian paprika shopping list
- 1tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- Spicy Cranberry Glaze: shopping list
- 1bag fresh whole cranberries shopping list
- 1c. sugar shopping list
- 1/2c. water shopping list
- 1/2c. lime or lemon juice shopping list
- 1 bottle (12oz.) chilli sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine al meatball ingredients; blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls; place in ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until meatballs are browned and no longer pink in center.
- Glaze:
- Combine in saucepan: water, juice, sugar; bring to a boil. Add cranberries, allow to pop then remove from heat , add bottle of chilli sauce.
- Add meatballs to sauce; stir to coat. Cook over med. heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
