How to make it

  • In a large bowl,cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Combine flour,pudding mixes,ginger,baking powder and cinnamon;gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or till easy to handle.
  • On lightly floured surface,roll out dough to 1/4' thickness. Cut with lightly floured cookie cutters. Place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350 for 6-8 mins. or till firm. Remove to wire racks to cool. Decorate as desired.

    These sounds like a Wonderful Cookie,I don't believe that I have made a cookie with cook and serve pudding before,if I have, it's been a long time,I'm anxious to try these.
