LIVER AND MUSHROOM DIP

- 4 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 lb chicken livers shopping list
- 1 small can mushrooms shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 Tbs finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Add the butter to a frying pan and saute the chicken livers until brown then place them on a chopping board and chop them up finely. Place the livers in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients adding just enough mayonnaise to make a dip consistency. Serve the Liver and Mushroom Dip with cracker biscuits.
