Cajun Cheese Dip

Sound like a good dip for Christmas get together and New Years!!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. of Andouille sausage (or other spicy sausage) shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion shopping list
- 1/8 cup cilantro and jalapenos to taste shopping list
- 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown, drain, and crumble sausage. Mince onion, cilantro, and
- jalapenos.
- Combine all ingredients and cook in the microwave or on a
- double boiler until heated all the way through.
- Serve with toast points, crackers, chips, or tortillas.
