This is a version that my husband came up with.... very tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb kielbasa, sliced up
  • 2 C frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.34 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 sm bag of frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 pie crust

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Lay the kielbasa onto the pie,
  3. Mix veggies and soup together
  4. Lay veggie mixture onto pie crust
  5. Lay hashbrowns on the top
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes
  7. Enjoy!
