Ham Loaves

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 pounds ground pork shopping list
- 2 pounds ground fully cooked ham shopping list
- 4 cups dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 cup 1% milk shopping list
- 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar shopping list
- ¾ cup water shopping list
- ½ cup vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 350.
- In a bowl, combine pork, ham, crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape into 12 ovals, using 1 cup of the mixture for each. Place in an un-greased 15-inch x 10-inch baking pan. Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard; pour over the loaves. Bake, un-covered, at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 15 – 20 minutes. Place the loaves on a platter and spoon some of the sauce over them. Yield: 12 servings.
