How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, beat together eggs, sugar, salt and 2 cups of milk
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is just thick enough to coat a metal spoon with a film, about 14 minutes
  • Stir in remaining milk and vanilla
  • Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, several hours or overnight

    Great recipe. I saw that 2 people rated this recipe before I did. Peeta gave it a 5 and one of the "driveby losers" gave it a bad rating, so I boosted the rating for ya-just to help cancel out the loser. Have a very Merry Christmas! (Santa rewards drivebys with c-o-a-l)
