Vodkolada aka The Rum-less Pina Colada Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Blend:
  • 1 1/2 Cups ice
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Agave Nectar (Simple syrup should also work)
  • In a separate glass combine(blended mix is enough for 2 drinks):
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • Fill the glass with the blended mixture and enjoy.
