This is an alternative to the rum based Pina Colada. It's a little more complicated but, still a very good substitute. :) Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
  • Coconut Milk (canned)
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Agave Nectar
  • Vodka
  • Cointreau
  • Ice

Directions
  1. Blend:
  2. 1 1/2 Cups ice
  3. 1 cup Pineapple Juice (unsweetened)
  4. 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  5. 2 tablespoons Agave Nectar (Simple syrup should also work)
  6. In a separate glass combine(blended mix is enough for 2 drinks):
  7. 1 oz Vodka
  8. 1/2 oz Cointreau
  9. Fill the glass with the blended mixture and enjoy.
