How to make it

  • Spread Peanut Butter of one side of Ritz Crackers .Use one whole Sleave.
  • Use another sleave to make the cover of the cookie.
  • Use Double Boiler to melt Chololate into liquid from then dip the cookie/crackers with peanut butter in it.
  • Remove them from Choloate put on wax paper and let harden.
  • Then Enjoy!!!!!

    I don't understand the need for a pressure cooker to melt chocolate. Are you sure you meant a pressure cooker and not a double boiler? This could be very misleading for the novice cook.

    A pressure cooker to melt the chocolate? Curious as to why???

    I've been doing this cookie for years...never needed a pressure cooker for it...
