Hungry Bear Mac N Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

Ready in 30 minutes or less.

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

2 packages (7 1/4 ounces each) macaroni & cheese dinner

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.

Meanwhile, prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions.

Drain beef mixture; stir into macaroni and cheese.

Transfer to a greased shallow 2 1/2 qt. baking dish.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bacon.

Broil until mozzarella is melted, about 2 minutes.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

You can use ground bear meat I have used that and it's still GREAT........would also be good with maybe elk, venison, maybe even wild bore
