How to make it

  • In a large saucepan add the sugar, cointreaux and brandy and on a medium heat dissolve sugar.
  • Light the mixture on fire and be careful!
  • When flame dies out add the coffee slowly to the pan.
  • Warm through, strain and serve at once.
  • Garnish mug with an orange slice.
