Cafe brulot Xmas style

My version of an old classic
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Floridian spiced sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup of cointreaux shopping list
- 1/4 cup of a good brandy shopping list
- 3 cups of strong black coffee shopping list
- 4 slices of blood orange shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan add the sugar, cointreaux and brandy and on a medium heat dissolve sugar.
- Light the mixture on fire and be careful!
- When flame dies out add the coffee slowly to the pan.
- Warm through, strain and serve at once.
- Garnish mug with an orange slice.
