How to make it

  • Slit hot dogs lengthwise and butterfly.
  • Stuff each dog with sourkraut evenly distribute entire can of kraut.
  • Wrap each dog with bacon slice and secure at each end with a toothpick.
  • Grill until bacon is done, remove toothpicks, serve on bun with copious amount of mustard and a cold beer.
  • Watch out for flares due to greese from bacon.
