How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
  • Whisk together cornstarch and cold water, set aside.
  • Beat together hazelnut spread, cream cheese, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
  • Beat in cornstarch mixture, egg, and vanilla.
  • Stir together flours, baking soda and salt in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix until combined. Stir in all the baking chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls at least 2” apart onto prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
