Triple Chip Nutella Cookies

- 1 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tbsp cold water shopping list
- 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (i.e. nutella) shopping list
- ½ cup light cream cheese shopping list
- ¼ cup shortening shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- ½ cup white chocolate chips shopping list
- ½ cup butterscotch chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
- Whisk together cornstarch and cold water, set aside.
- Beat together hazelnut spread, cream cheese, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in cornstarch mixture, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir together flours, baking soda and salt in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix until combined. Stir in all the baking chips.
- Drop spoonfuls at least 2” apart onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
