Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp.flour
- 2 Tab.Butter
- 1 can beets(drained well)
Directions
- 1. put first 4 ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil
- 2. stir well
- 3. boil 5 min
- 4. add beets and stir again
- 5. enjoy!!!!

Love Beets...Hard for Southerners to get more than canned most of the time. We call this recipe Sweet and Sour Beets and was the way my now 14 year old love to eat them. Thank you for the share!
