APPLE SALSA WITH CINNAMON CHIPS

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 6 flour tortillas ( 8-inches ) shopping list
- 3 Tbs. sugar shopping list
- 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 4 cups finely chopped granny smith or tart apples ( about 2 medium ) shopping list
- 1 cup finely chopped ripe pear shopping list
- ½ cup quartered seedless red grapes shopping list
- ½ cup chopped celery shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 3 Tbs. orange juice shopping list
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. Grated orange peel shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 400.
- Coat both sides of each tortilla with non-stick cooking spray. Combine the sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over both sides of tortillas. Cut each into eight wedges. Place on baking sheets. Bake at 400 for 4 – 5 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile, for salsa, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve with the cinnamon chips. Yield: 12 servings.
