Rocky Road Gluten Free Low Lactose Fructose Friendly

- 275 grams dark chololate shopping list
- 25 grams unslated butter (butter is low in lactose but you could use meadow lea dairy and salt free to make it lower) shopping list
- 50grams gluten free marshmallows shopping list
- 50 grams gluten free fructose friendly shortbread biscuits cut into pieces. shopping list
- 100 grams of macadamia nuts (omit if you have a nut allergy of course) shopping list
How to make it
- Line a 3cm deep 8cm x 25cm bar pan with plastic wrap. Place the milk and dark chocolates with the butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water), then stir until melted. Stir marshmallows into chocolate with remaining ingredients.
- Spread into pan, chill in fridge for 2 hours or until hard. Slice in the pan.
