Oktoberfest potatoes

- Serves 4
Boiled red skin potatoes with dill, salt, and butter
Ingredients
How to make it
- Boil large pot of water
- Add salt to water
- Clean potatoes
- Peel potatoes
- Add potatoes to water and let boil
- Add slices of butter and fresh dill to large mixing bowl
- Drain potatoes
- Add to mixing bowl with butter and dill and turn until potatoes are covered with dill and butter
- Place whole potatoes in serving bowl
