Easy Pizza Soup

A thick savory soup , add more pizza spices and taylor the flavor of this hearty soup
Ingredients
- 500 g chopped meat ( beef, turkey etc etc ) shopping list
- 2 small onions diced shopping list
- 3/4 Liter of water shopping list
- 2 red bell pepper fine diced shopping list
- 1 Pkg dry onion soup shopping list
- 1 medium size Tin of button mushrooms , drained shopping list
- 2 Pkg dry Knorr gusty tomato soup or similar brand shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 Pkg plain cream cheese shopping list
- 1 Pkg herbed cream cheese ( organo, thyme, etc ) shopping list
How to make it
- Saute the meat along with the onions garlic, peppers and drained mushrooms in a pan until meat is no longer pink
- Add the water and onion soup mix
- Bring to a boil
- Add the tomato soup mix along with the cream cheeses and
- simmer and blend well
- Adjust flavors and texture as desired
- Serve with a salad and crusty bread
