Stumps Rump Roast

- 3 1/2-4 lb. boneless rump roast shopping list
- 8 oz sour cream shopping list
- 2 T minced onion shopping list
- 1 c burgandy wine shopping list
- 1/4 c flour shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Sear the meat on all sides and put in baking pan.
- Pour burgandy over it.
- Mix sour cream, minced onion, flour, salt, pepper.
- Smear mixture over exposed sides of meat.
- Cover tightly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hours.
- 45 minutes before done you may add potatoes and carrots if desired.
