Buck Balls

- 2 lb. ground venison shopping list
- 1/2 c. warm water shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. stove top stuffing shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix shopping list
- 1/4 c bbq sauce shopping list
- 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 pkg. bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except bacon and tomato sauce.
- Roll into golf ball size meatballs.
- wrap each ball with 1/2 strip of bacon & put in baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce of meatballs and bake for 1 hour or until nicely browned

This sound interesting. I might try this we do not have a place to get the Venison ( Dear ) in Massachusetts they won't sell it here. I'll use lean sirloin.
