Jasons Indoor Brisket

- Six pound brisket or bigger shopping list
- 1 bottle of Fargo’s liquid smoke mix shopping list
- 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix shopping list
How to make it
- Place Brisket into casserole foil dish with fat side down. Add Lipton soup package spread evenly over Brisket,
- Then add the whole bottle of Fargo’s liquid smoke evenly over Brisket. Cover with foil place in oven at 350 degrees
- Let cook covered for one hour. Start to alternate covered and uncovered in the oven every hour switch and should
- Be ready to carve in 6 hours.

Southern Calif. is 'Wrights'....will this
'brand' work just as well in your recipe?

You make brisket like I do. I wouldn't add a whole bottle of liquid smoke as I have huge bottles. How many ounces of the "smoke" so you use? Maybe I'll try it, too! Thanks for posting your recipe!
