How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 400degrees.
  • With electric mixer, soften cream cheese & egg,
  • Add sugar, flour, mix well until incorporated.
  • Fold in pineapple and sliced banana.
  • Pour into prepared pie crust.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Put topping mixture on the pie,
  • Adjust oven temp. from 400 to 350 degrees.
  • And bake pie for another 25 minutes or till edges is golden brown.
  • Let it cool completely before serving
  • For Topping:
  • Mix all ingredients till corporated.
